Returns and Refunds

Most unused, non-personalized products may be returned by mail within 30 days after delivery. Contact AgPrint3D before mailing a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized, custom, and made-to-spec items cannot be returned for preference or fit, but AgPrint3D will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
